HPMG will only exchange printed apparel within 15 days by one of the following reasons: (a) the item is deemed defective and/or materially flawed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of goods. If product is deemed defective. Take a picture of the defective product and email HPMG. HPMG will confirm if the product can be replaced. Customer will ship the product back to HPMG with the return address provided in the approval email and HPMG will send a replacement upon receipt.
